Therapy and coaching may seem expensive. We know that. And at Omaha Psychotherapy, we wholeheartedly believe that this is worth the cost. You are worth the cost. Working on yourself is the greatest investment you can make on yourself.
Depending on your specific health insurance plan and policy, some therapy services may be covered by your insurance. We encourage you to contact your plan and research your benefits.
When scheduling your first session, please talk with your therapist about using health insurance and the coverage offered.
If your therapist is not in network with your health insurance plan, you still might have out-of-network benefits. You may also choose to pay privately and not utilize insurance coverage.
Please contact your insurance company to find out about coverage for mental health services including information about applicable deductible and co-payment responsibilities.
Many people choose not to use insurance. This allows for complete confidentiality and means that your provider does not ever disclose any information about you to your insurance company or to your employer.
Payment is due for each session at the time of service. Each provider at Omaha Psychotherapy sets his or own prices. Please ask your provider for a list of their fees. Most providers accept payment by cash, check, credit card, or Flex-Spending/Health Savings Plan.
