I love working with teens and adults. I often utilize cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques in the work that I do. I create a space for my clients to feel heard and valued for who they are. I help my clients find clarity in their lives and create healthy patterns that work towards their goals. I work to ensure that my clients walk out of my office having a greater understanding of themselves.
